Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through The Vibe Campus website, including but not limited to cohort enrollments, bootcamps, workshops, and course registrations, are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in your personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the program. This policy is necessary because The Vibe Campus provides significant value before, during, and after the event—including access to proprietary materials, resources, digital content, and community benefits—that cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.

No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued for any reason once a purchase is completed. This includes but is not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or withdrawal from the program at any stage.

Deferrals & Transfers

Deferral or transfer of enrollment to a future cohort or another participant is not guaranteed and is granted solely at the discretion of The Vibe Campus. Any such requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] prior to the start of the program. Approval is rare and subject to availability, administrative fees, and additional terms.

By enrolling, you agree to abide by this policy and waive any right to dispute charges or seek chargebacks on the grounds of non-refundability. The Vibe Campus reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review this policy prior to making a purchase.
